I was on the search for a new vehicle I had test drove 10 different cars and was trying to narrow down my search and find that perfect fit. I called and requested to test drive a specific car at a specific time and he had that car ready and waiting for me. He went above and beyond to build me the car that I wanted and followed up with me a few days later to see if there was any more information that he could give me or if I had any more questions. Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase that vehicle. It didn't fit into my garage. I have since purchased a different vehicle and would not settle for anything less than the superior service that I received from Jim.
