Purchased new Buick on 2/3 Richard Kay received my insurance information but did not put an insurance binder on the temporary tag & registration! Service department is terrible. Had our 21 acadia in for service, alignment, rotation. No windshield washer fluid was added, after alignment we were told we needed $500 work done to Had our 21 acadia in for service, alignment, rotation. No windshield washer fluid was added, after alignment we were told we needed $500 work done to correct front end pulling to right vehical had less than 36k on it. Then told to bring back and that would be corrected. That appointment was a week ago, we were called 45 minutes before scheduled time and told they had no parts for it and would let us know when they come in. We'll 7 days later and we can not even get the courtesy of a call back nor even a update More
Once again excellent service from the folks in the Service Department. Had to run by Friday with an issue and was taken care of quickly and sent on my way.
