Today I had the pleasure to work with Mike. My brand new Silverado was scratched by a metal jean button. I was very upset to say the least. I took my truck to the Kay Shop to see what could be done. Mike looked at the problem and suggested a possible solution. I agreed and 15 minutes later the problem was corrected. He was very gracious and polite.
