They took their time with me and showed me different cars in the model that I had mentioned I wanted. Syed was our salesman and he went above and beyond to explain to us every detail along with the manager. I never enjoy car shopping, I find it very stressful. However, this experience was stress free! My finance and I will be back when our next lease is up! One critique is that they did not have many colors in the Cruze that I wanted on the lot. But we ended up finding one that did catch my eye! Thank you for wonderful service!!! More

I finance $16K and my payments were $313 monthly. Only $150 was going to principal and the rest was for interest. I decided to sell the car back to them a year later and they offered me only $17K for the car. I ended up selling the car to multi subaru for $18,500 . I came back a year later to get a price on a lease and they gave me ridiculous numbers and were very rude. I do not recommend them at all. I forgot to add that they took almost 2 months to get get me my plates . More
Wonderful Personalized Service from Beginning to End! I had a Kia for over 20 years, but my Husband wanted me to look at Subaru, he said they are more reliable and he liked the quality of the car. My Daughter had a Subaru for over three years and my Sister had one for five years so I gave a look. I was met by a fabulous person in Sales, Camron who took the time to show me all the qualities that were important to me. He was knowledgeable and never pressured me at any time. I fell in love with the Crosstrek! Mike in Finance walked me through all my options and was so polite and helpful in assisting me all the way through. And then Carlos in Service set me up for my followups and again was very kind and answered all my questions quickly and with a smile! And then I happily drove away in my Beautiful New Car! Stay Away They tried to charge me more $ on loan then it should have cost, only after I pressed them for amortized printout out of loan did the number become co They tried to charge me more $ on loan then it should have cost, only after I pressed them for amortized printout out of loan did the number become correct. Also I paid extra for nav/entertainment system, they put in an after market ertainment system that never worked properly, I waited w/o vehicle for 10 days while they installed it, then I brought back 4 times in attempt to fix, they could not, so told them to give my money back and reinstalled stock stereo.They agreed, Since they have installed it I've been back twice and still have no sound on radio/phone, and now no back up sensors. I was told call service manager, I did 3x's no return call, I finally just spoke to a service guy who took info, said he'd call back when they had a loaner car...still waiting, its been 4 days. Customer service is horrific. I've bought 5 new chevy's over last 20 yrs and this is the worst experience I've ever had. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LUCAS CHEVROLET AGAIN!!! More

Another dealer had sent me something in the mail but when I called they said since I had lease payments left I found myself thinking of a new vehicle. I was referred by a friend to visit Richard Lucas Chevy, even though it was a bit out of the way for me. They surpassed all my expectations. I met with Mike Cortese who was professional and thorough without being pushy. He understood what I wanted to do and worked with George Lucas Jr who made it happen. I drove home a brand new Equinox with no money out of pocket, they took care of my present lease, and my payments went DOWN. Who would have thought that you could SAVE $$$ by buying a new car? Go see these guys! More
