While my 2011 Outback Limited was being service, I decided to stroll over to the sales floor to see if they had any pre-owned Outback for my cousin, Remedios. This is when I first met Phil Bell. Phil was very pleasant and helpful; however, he was not pushy nor was he over bearing. He told me that they just happened to have a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) 2012 Outback Limited that just came in recently. I know this to be true because i checked their inventory via theier website and did not find the vehicle he mentioned. As a matter of fact they only had 4 Pre-owned Subaru and one was a 2002 Outback wagon. He took me outside to show me the vehicle. All the while just being a very nice pleasant fellow. Once I saw the vehicle, I told him that my sister and cousin would want to see the vehicle. Long story short we came back that evening and sure enough, they were able to make a deal. My cousin, Remedios, was thrilled to be able purchase a vehicle that she absolutely loved at a great price in a zero pressure and no stress environment. A Bad situation turned good for me (new 2015 WRX) I had made an order for a 2015 WRX with a sales rep at Richard Lucas who I later found out had placed my order wrongly. I worked directly with Greg Fahy to work out a solution which involved a re-order and some additional discounts to the car's price. As far as I am concerned they did right by me and I eventually took delivery of the exact car that I wanted. Phil Bell, who handled my car's delivery, was also excellent in his level of service. But again the real shout outs go to Greg Fahy in this case. He turned a bad situation around for me and I would definitely recommend Richard Lucas. More

2015 forester the best ! This is my third Subaru forester & the best one out of all ! The have kept all the good qualities of the old Subaru & improved everything else .
