Purchased a vehicle with my wife about a month ago and I have nothing but good things to say about Richard’s Honda. The staff were attentive and friendly. Karin was the sales rep who sold us the car and she have nothing but good things to say about Richard’s Honda. The staff were attentive and friendly. I bought this car not even a week ago and I’ve had problems with it, with the horn working. As well i had a doctors appointment and end up getting-stuck there and waited a hour for them to come out an problems with it, with the horn working. As well i had a doctors appointment and end up getting-stuck there and waited a hour for them to come out and fix my car. Then had to come to the dealership for a further Expections. Wanted me to pay money for a battery they sold me that was no good. I arrived at the dealership at 11 and didn’t leave till 3pm! More
