We are very satisfied with our online purchase of a used vehicle here. The interior and exterior condition of the vehicle upon delivery was impeccable. We are Seniors, and purchased a used car online from this dealership in November of 2023. They guaranteed a safety and mechanical inspection prior to our purchase, but we identified problems with safety ite dealership in November of 2023. They guaranteed a safety and mechanical inspection prior to our purchase, but we identified problems with safety items and mechanical problems immediately after pickup. We took the car back at the directon of our salesman, when we arrived the service department knew nothing about us coming in for the repairs. We had to fix the items on our own. The dealership has not reimbursed us for the things they promised to fix. Futher, over $4000 of service has been requred on the car since which has broken down twice. While we affected those repairs elsewhere, a problem was discovered that we can prove existed during MIdlothian's inspection of the car, but we were either not told of the problem, or the service department did not disclose it. Midlothian was lax and dishonorable both in service prior to sale, during the sale (they completed all of the paperwork for the sale with an incorrect vehicle description), and after things went mechanically wrong. Overall the worst vehicle transaction of our lives. More
