I was quickly greeted by Balaji and once he learned my desires he immediately referred me to the appropriate team member to help me. Anthony then spent the entire day teaching me about how BMW can fit into my life. Over my life I have been to many dealerships of numerous brands and purchased many vehicles as I like to keep up with technology and fun for my daily commute. Over the years I have internally rated the dealership based on the good things from prior experiences. Having purchased vehicles over the years from Pontiac, Toyota, Lexus, Volkswagen, Infiniti, Nissan, Hyundai, Jeep, and Fiat I have seen my fair share of the good and the bad. At Midlothian BMW, I have never felt a sincerity like what I received there. Beyond the fact that this BMW X6M puts a smile on my face like no other vehicle EVER has...the dealership continues to reach out to me to make sure I am enjoying my purchase. I have "stopped by" twice now to ask a quick question and am immediately greated by atleast three of them. It's like I'm family. I have never felt like I could just hang out with my sales team! I am doing my best to get to 1200 miles to have my first service experience...and remove the factory limiters on my valves to experience my car's full potential. I have already been given my personal service advisor's contact info. So I am ready for my next great experience at Midlothian BMW. I wish I found them years ago! More

From that point forward he took us through the process and acquainted us with the X1 and X3. Balaji did an excellent job and arranged for us to test drive a car for an afternoon which allowed us to make our decision. We purchased the X3 and are very happy with the car. It was a pleasant experience and at no time did we feel pressured. The sales manager worked closely with us and found the car we wanted and we were able to comfortably make the decision to obtain the X3.
