Purchased new X3 last week. Excellent experience! Have never owned a BMW before. I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted and then served by Balaji Rajamohan. From that point forward he Have never owned a BMW before. I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted and then served by Balaji Rajamohan. From that point forward he took us through the process and acquainted us with the X1 and X3. Balaji did an excellent job and arranged for us to test drive a car for an afternoon which allowed us to make our decision. We purchased the X3 and are very happy with the car. It was a pleasant experience and at no time did we feel pressured. The sales manager worked closely with us and found the car we wanted and we were able to comfortably make the decision to obtain the X3. Marwan Salem was of great assistance to help us make the decisions on how to buy/finance/lease the car. More

The decades of automotive experience really shine with every visit. I brought my vehicle in for a pretty abnormal electrical defect that proved quite difficult to solve. In past experiences elsewhere this would normally mean several visits as the shop would go through a trial and error approach. Jeff did everything he could to ensure this was a one time trip and kept me well informed and in a loaner vehicle the entire time. More

Poor communication on vehicle availability/good follow up I called about seeing a specific car listed on the website. Call was returned by Sales Manager Aaron. I returned the call next day, but did not rece I called about seeing a specific car listed on the website. Call was returned by Sales Manager Aaron. I returned the call next day, but did not receive a further call back. Prior to driving to the dealership and while en route to see the vehicle in question, I spoke with 2 sales people in the call center. I told them I was driving to see the vehicle in question, and was told the sales team would take great care of me. I arrived after an hour drive to be told that the car had been sold earlier in the day. Horrendous way to initially treat a potential client looking to spend more than $50K on a vehicle. However, follow up was professional and friendly. It seems they're making efforts to address these types of communication break-downs. I'm willing to give them another try. More

Bought two car from this dealer my car has recall for takata airbag, and it's been more than a year now, I am still waiting for them to fix it. I was loving my car until I knew about my car has recall for takata airbag, and it's been more than a year now, I am still waiting for them to fix it. I was loving my car until I knew about airbag problem. At least like other dealer I was expecting BMW dealer to offer me rental car while they waiting to replace my airbag, but they didn't do anything to this. Since I am pregnant for seven month, I do not want drive unsafe car. I would go for BMW again if this is how they serve their customers or what BMW offer for their brand. More
