Roshan and Brandon were my sales consultants. Both men are a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond as it relates to customer service. Honestly, they were the reason that I ended up choosing the Midlothian store and I look forward to working with them in the future. Bob and Aaron were also helpful and stayed customer focused throughout the process. Aaron did a good job and was very thorough despite the fact that they were having computer software issues and there had been some confusion on the sales side related to a rebate - again it was LATE at night and he was primarily concerned about my experience rather than trying to push product which really helped win my trust - good work (especially considering this was his first week on the job). There were a few twists and turns in the buying process that kept us all there very late on a Friday night (Roshan was actually off on Friday but had come in to finalize my purchase). I've still got to go back and have a couple of things serviced and corrected on the car because I actually bought the car without ever driving it but I have no doubt everything will be corrected. Normally, I would never consider signing paperwork without having driven a car but again this team of professionals is top notch and they have my trust. I hope that my experiences having my car serviced are as customer focused and assuming they are then I've found MY dealership. More
My husband and I stopped by this BMW dealership after having dinner one evening on that side of town. This particular dealership is not the closest BMW dealer to our house, but we were just going to take having dinner one evening on that side of town. Roshan just happened to be there that evening and was absolutely awesome at giving us information and options about the different models and vehicles. I had been shopping for a vehicle for several weeks and was pretty sure I wanted another BMW. Over the next few weeks, I maintained contact with Roshan and, as we had time, my husband and I would come back to the dealership to check out more options. (We drove to the dealer that was farther away from our house just to work with Roshan). Roshan was more than patient with me--as I tended to be towards the picky side when selecting a vehicle. He always had a smile on his face and I was very impressed with his product knowledge. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. I am so happy with my new vehicle & with the service that I received at this dealership. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle. More
I have referred very few companies in the past but would recommend Richmond BWM without hesitation. These are not a group of salespeople trying to push a product down the consumers throat. They really believe in all their products whether they are BMW's or another brand. These are quality cars that they stand behind. Being on a budget and looking for a safe, reliable car for my 16 year old is not an easy task, but they made it a stress free situation for which I am very grateful. Buying a car is not an experience most enjoy but it was an easy process at Richmond BMW. They go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family not just a sale or a dollar in their pocket. This is the first time I have bought a car and felt like I got a great deal on my terms and not at the mercy of the dealership. I not only got a great car but feel I also got three new friends out of the situation! More
Jeff (primarily), Troy and Bob spent over 6 hours with us working to get us comfortable with our first BMW purchase. Jeff took the time not only for test drives, but google searches of other vehicles, kelly working to get us comfortable with our first BMW purchase. Both Bob and Troy also discussed warranties, BMW's excellent service, features etc. Contigent on our purchase, Troy committed to having his best "detailer" repair two separate scratches. After owning the vehicle for 6 days, we brought the vehicle back for cleaning, detailing, and to have the scratches repaired. The vehicle looked brand new and scratches were gone. They even filled the gas tank again. Jeff went so far as to connect with BMW Assist to get our account set-up. I have been very impressed so far. More

The service dept services our other car that we did not buy at Richmond BMW, so we already knew that they're great to work with. Everyone on both sides has been very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this dealership. More

I called and talked to Brandon Beckner about what kind of car, how much I wanted to pay for a monthly payment. He was so nice and helpful. Within a day he had found my dream car. I recently purchased a used BMW 335D from the Midlothian BMW Dealership. This is my first BMW purchase, after visiting other BMW Dealers looking for the car that I wanted, and was fortunate to find the car BMW Dealership. This is my first BMW purchase, after visiting other BMW Dealers looking for the car that I wanted, and was fortunate to find the car that met my expectations at Midlothian. I was impressed with the treatment I received from the employees. There were some issues with the car that needed to be resolved prior to my receipt of the ve hicle, and I couldn’t have been more pleased by the service. General Manager Joe Chapman approved the delivery of the car to me, which certainly helped me a lot, since I was traveling from out of state to test drive the car, and do paperwork. Bob Nance, the Sales Manager, met me at the door when I came to test drive the car, and made me feel right at home. He checked with me frequently throughout the buying process to assure that no problems arose. It was a pleasure just speaking with him, due to his very colorful background. Client Advisor Brandon Beckner is the man that made this deal for me. I had been looking at a very similar 335D in Alexandria, and Mr. Beckner helped me compare the two vehicles, explaining the options and how they functioned. He helped me make my decision, without the high pressure sales pitch that can be so annoying. He was a professional, yet made you feel comfortable dealing with him. He went out of his way to assist me with financing issues, and took the lead in explaining the BMW customer philosophy. I am bringing the performance of these individuals to your attention, because I found their performance to be exceptional in the automotive sales business. The dealership at Midlothian has a welcoming atmosphere that I was truly impressed with. More
