There was only one 35i at the dealer and it was located in the showroom. Jimmy moved the car out of the showroom and gave me the opportunity to drive it so that I could compare it with the 28i. Good decision -- I purchased the 35i on the spot. After the purchase, Jimmy walked me through the technology package and all it options -- and there were many! I felt the trade-in on my 2006 BMW 325i station wagon was very fair. There were no surprises with the financial end of the purchase. Both Brandon Beckner and Aaron Mason are experts and explained the purchase process. They were also helpful in working with my credit union. Overall, the purchase process of the car was a "10." My wife Amanda and I saw a vehicle on the internet for sale at this dealership. We arrived and meet Justin. He was so nice and very up front with all of our questions. When it came time to finalize the deal with finance, Brandon who had been by our side the whole afternoon as well was very easy to work with. He explained everything to us and helped us get the paperwork in order. He saw the deal in it's entirety and even helped us entertain our five year old son. Frank that works in the sales tower also was great, he even helped us with a cleaning issue inside the vehicle before we left. I have bought many cars in the past and this is by far one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had. After test driving a 4 series I was sold. James, Bobby, and I discussed my options such as ordering or waiting until the Spring when they expected some to be on the lot. I got an email from Bobby first thing Monday morning and without having to travel to the dealer the vehicle was delivered to Richmond and ready for me to take ownership Friday of the same week! WOW!!! Not only did Richmond BMW meet the price and discounts offered by the dealer in MD, they went out of the way to make this experience the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. Aaron is an amazing finance guy. He was so personable I felt like I'd known him longer than the 20-minutes prior to my arrival. Peter helped me get Sirius up and running...after they hung up on us and we had to call back. Bobby had everything in order and I was just totally blown away by the entire experience.
