Their responsiveness in meeting my needs were also excellent .Peter helped orientate myself to the new M6 and did a great job. I also had some interaction with the Sales Mgr .Rick Rossano and GM James Williams-both were very helpful throughout. The F&I Mgr Brandon Beckner was also very knowledgeable and informative. All and all a great experience, where you feel welcome and not pressured. Having had 3 BMW's I have a lot of experience with their service team.Always do a high quality job! This is the second BMW we have purchased from Crown BMW in Midlothian. Our dealer experience with the first purchase was excellent.
