Overall my experience with this BMW dealership was a great one. I was referred to this dealership by my mother who was in the process of purchasing her 7-series. I worked with two individuals Bob Nance and mainly Roshan Patel. After listening to my must haves for a BMW Roshan worked hard to find a vehicle for me. He stayed in constant email conversation with me sending me a variety of options. Once I decided on a vehicle I liked; he called and explained the features and the process to purchase the vehicle from the dealership. Roshan explained all of my financing options and all the deals/discounts that I was eligible for. After we agreed upon the terms for financing, I was overnighted the financing paperwork and put in contact with Mr. Nance. They made the filling out of paperwork completely easy. Once the paperwork was completed they worked tirelessly to find a shipping company to ship my vehicle down to my location. Even after receiving my car Roshan was still helpful in helping me solve my concerns that I had about my 5 series. When it comes time for me to purchase another BMW I will definitely give them my business. More

I have been in the market for a new(er) vehicle for some I have been in the market for a new(er) vehicle for some time, and was specifically looking for a late model BMW M3 sedan. After searching several I have been in the market for a new(er) vehicle for some time, and was specifically looking for a late model BMW M3 sedan. After searching several dealerships in Northern Virginia, I found that Richmond BMW had the exact car I was looking for. I drove down to Richmond from Arlington on my day off to take a look at the vehicle and give it a test drive. After deciding that I would go ahead and trade in my 2005 M3 for the 2008, I found the negotiation and paperwork process one of the easiest I've ever done. My sales agent, Roshan, was very professional and did not use the typical pressure tactics that many car salesman use to close the deal. I believe I got this car at a very good price and the price offered by the dealership on the trade in was very reasonable. So, it was definitely worth the 100 mile drive from Arlington to purchase a new car. I doubt I would have been able to purchase this particular vehicle with the sales price and trade-in at a Northern Virginia dealership. Richmond BMW of Midlothian is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. As soon as we stepped on the lot we were greeted by Troy who immediately made us feel comfortable. Delivery was truly a unique experience, from the presentation and display of my materials, to patiently explaining the features of the car to me. This is the third BMW we have bought from this dealership. This was our first experience with Roshon and our third with Kelly. Roshon is one of the most knowledgeable individuals we have found in regards to BMWs. I went in to have our X6 serviced and talked with Roshon about the 5 series that I originally wanted. I looked at a few, brought my wife back they gave us some figures and we left to look at some other vehicles. A few days later we left a message that if they could meet the price we were looking for we would be back. They not only met the price but did better. We took the car home that night. We weren't able to have it prepped but I am taking it in tomorrow to have everything done. As always Kelly is a pleasure to work with. We have had nothing but good experiences at this dealership.
