For the past few weeks my husband and I had our eye on a 2013 BMW x5 on the lot at this dealership. With each trip to "look it over" we met with extremely courteous and knowledgeable client advisors who answered our many questions,provided demonstrations of the multiple features of this vehicle and offered to let us test drive it with each visit. We completed the sale and brought the car home last night after making an acceptable trade in on our 2007 BMW X3.We are very pleased with the quality of this vehicle and extremely pleased with the professionals we dealt with during this buying experience. I saw a low-mileage, 2010 328i on the Midlothian BMW website and after talking with Roshan on the phone, I decided to go see the car. Since it was over 100 degrees that day, Roshan parked the car in t website and after talking with Roshan on the phone, I decided to go see the car. Since it was over 100 degrees that day, Roshan parked the car in the air conditioned service area so that I could take my time to explore the car without having a heat stroke...lol. He explained the many features of the car and answered all my questions. After the test drive, I wasn't completely sure if I was ready to purchase the vehicle but I never felt rushed to make a decision. I finally came to my senses about what a fabulous opportunity was before me and finished the deal with some help from Bob Nance and Kelly Perry. Roshan even offered to deliver the car to my office or home after the prep/detailing of the 328i was finished! Long story short, Roshan and everyone at Midlothian BMW made my car shopping experience very special and I heartily recommend Roshan and Midlothian BMW to anyone shopping for a car. More
Roshan Patel is an excellent saleman. He is very knowledgeable and does a very good job explaining all of the features of the car. He did not pressure me nor try to influence my choices, however he knowledgeable and does a very good job explaining all of the features of the car. Being a previous owner of two BMWs, I have had the experience of dealing with and purchasing from other BMW dealerships. However, none of my previous experiences were as pleasant and stress free as bu experience of dealing with and purchasing from other BMW dealerships. However, none of my previous experiences were as pleasant and stress free as buying a car from Richmond BMW Midlothian. While waiting for my car being washed/detailed/serviced, I decided to take a look around the showroom and at the different vehicles on their lot. I was able to take all the time I needed,without any pressure, since surprisingly, I did not have the usual irritating car salesman/saleswoman following me right behind my back pointing out which car I should look at. By the time I decided which car I wanted, I approached Roshan Patel for more information. He was very patient listening to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. He showed me the differences in the two 328i I was interested in. He explained in detailed the different options and scenerios in purchasing the vehicle (lease vs. buy). When I asked him to calculate the payments based on different downpayment amounts, he did not hesitate to do it nor did I, at any time, feel pressured into buying a car. I also liked their taking the higher amount of the two estimates made on my trade-in vehicle. The other BMW dealerships I dealt with had all the bells and whistles and hoopla in their showrooms but if you want to have a car buying experience where you would get a fair trade-in value for your old vehicle, a good price with the options/accessories you want in your new vehicle (especially if you've already done your own research/homework on the vehicle you want), and be treated in a professional and courteous manner, you should purchase your BMW from Richmond BMW Midlothian (Salesperson:Roshan Patel). I was nervous about going to the dealership because of past experience. I really felt that Roshan listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He gave me plenty of options to consider.
