He wanted me to buy a car so he could meet his quota which is not on my list at all as a reason for buying a car. The sales manager was worse: he was insulting me and the sales rep. He had called me on the phone and said that they are wanting to deal because it is the end of the month and they have lots of incentives, but when I got there, he was trying to charge me list price. It has been a problem finding a BMW dealer who had the experienced mechanics that could work on my 1988 528e BMW. And it was a pleasant surprise that they have mechanics that are experienced to work on my car, that took the time to explain to me what they had done (what my service had involved). This dealership has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to other BMW owners. More
