Our Sales Advisor Anton Kulay and Sales Manager Dmitry Shapovalov both did an exceptional job in explaining all the features of the new car, compared it side-by-side with also considered BMW 3-version, explained pros and cons of each car for our purposes, and provided hassle-free evaluation of our trade-in (btw – also a BMW ordered at the same dealership 9 years ago!). Overall my wife and I were satisfied with the purchase and we will definitely recommend Richmond BMW to our friends. As a little suggestion – maybe get a slightly better espresso/coffee maker in the dealership hall? :o) More

I had been watching an internet ad for a Nissan cube "Krom" with exceptional low mileage for a couple of days, and decided to write an E-mail with some questions. Steve was so helpful, running out to where the car was to double check and correctly answer all of my questions. I was so confident after talking to him that we would buy this car that we decided to drive the 2 hrs to look at it. Meanwhile Steve made sure the car was perfectly spotless, and put a full tank of gas in it for us. Steve knows his business and knows the quickest way to get you in and out with no lag time, being that we arrived late and still had a 2 hour ride home Steve was fantastic getting us through in record breaking time. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, probably the best dealership I've ever walked into. Steve even gave us a CD as a parting gift so we could listen to the sound system for the long drive back. If I ever need another car this is the first place I'm going to look because I know now that I can trust Steve. More

I recently bought a 2011 Porsche Boxster from Richmond BMW. I found it on the internet, and when I decided to get serious about it I visited the dealership. Steven Lerner was the sales person who helped BMW. I found it on the internet, and when I decided to get serious about it I visited the dealership. Steven Lerner was the sales person who helped me. He was very helpful and professional. I only had a limited time to test drive since I was headed out of town for the week and Steven was respectful of my time. When the dealership dropped the price later in the week, I called Steven and made an offer to buy. He worked out all of the details over the phone, including faxing all of the paper work. When I returned to complete the transaction, everything was ready for me and it went very smoothly, including providing transportation to the dealership from my home. My thanks to Steven and evereyone else who assisted in the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership and Steven Lerner to anyone looking to buy and new or used car in the Richmond area. More

I shopped for three vehicles: Lexus, Audi and BMW. I was currently driving a Lexus and was definitely leaning that way for my new vehicle. I had never been to BMW and it was somewhat of an uphill battle fo currently driving a Lexus and was definitely leaning that way for my new vehicle. I had never been to BMW and it was somewhat of an uphill battle for them to win me over as a customer. Of course, in the end it is the vehicle, but the BMW dealership was a pleasure to work with. Steve Lerner understood I was shopping around but was not aggressive or overbearing. He made himself available on several occassions for test drives, was very knowledgable of the vehicles, and very pleasant person to deal with. I have given the highest ratings because, quite frankly, I don't think it would be possible to give better service to someone searching for and buying a new car. I highly recommend this dealership.
