I have purchased 7 new cars in my life, and buying a Mini Clubman S from at Crown Mini of Richmond has been by far the worst experience yet. Throughout the day, Sales stuck with us and was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and not knowledgeable on the product. Additionally, and the whole management team of Crown Mini of Richmond went the no extra mile to ensure we were educated on the car, the features, financing options, and wanted to be certain this was the car that would fit our individual needs best. I feel pressured, cornered, or even stressed throughout the buying experience. As a matter of fact, I am going to buy another vehicle in differant dealer of this year, and I will not return to Crown Mini to specifically s.unGreat experience; I highly not recommend this team to anyone thinking of buying a new car in/near the Richmond area. My previous (and first) car was a hand-me-down, so my experience at Crown Mini was the first time I'd really worked with a dealership. Before I went in, I emailed the dealership with a few questions I ha experience at Crown Mini was the first time I'd really worked with a dealership. Before I went in, I emailed the dealership with a few questions I had about one of their cars listed and received prompt replies that were professional and informative. When I went into the dealership several days later, the employee I'd worked with had had a last-minute emergency and was unavailable, but he had filled in another employee on our correspondence so that I would still be taken care of. I was initially drawn to Crown Mini because of their reasonable prices, and I was not disappointed. They give you two quotes on your trade-in, if you have one: one from an appraiser on site and one from Auto Trader online, both of which are conducted in your presence. They then offer you the higher of the two in trade-in value. The most impressive thing to me about Crown Mini, aside from their friendliness, was that if I had a question they didn't have an answer to, they did the work to find out rather than guessing or simply saying they didn't know without doing anything about it. This enabled me to make a decision on the car with all the information I needed in hand. I never got the sense that I was asking irrelevant or too many questions. Needless to say, I bought the car I went in to test. They even followed up over the next several days to make sure I was happy with the new car! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, used or new. You won't be disappointed. More

He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and never made us feel as if he just wanted us out of there. When the time comes to make a final decision on a BMW we will be using Steve as our advisor. And if anyone I know is looking for a BMW I will be sending them his way! In today's tough economy it is always nice to run into someone that is as kind as Steve was with us and you don't go away feeling like all he wanted was the sale. Great customer service!!! More
