I purchased a BMW from a friend several weeks ago and was told I needed to go to the dealer to have the BMW Assist info changed over to me. Though I was not buying a new BMW, and despite it being a very bus told I needed to go to the dealer to have the BMW Assist info changed over to me. Though I was not buying a new BMW, and despite it being a very busy Saturday morning, Steve Lerner took the time to help me transfer BMW Assist from the previous owner of my car and register me. He was very knowledgeable and despite having several sales prospects "in play" that morning, he still took excellent care of me. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I had not had any problems with the "activation". I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy a BMW and will definitely seek him out when my time comes! More

Anya not only gave me my own "space" to look around, but she was readily available to answer any questions I had about the Mini Cooper S models I was interesting in. She even drove me to their "back lot" where I found the Mini I purchased a short time later. The transition to agreed price was excellent with Crown's preferred customer pricing. A "No Hassle" deal was made including an excellent offer for my trade-in. Financing was easy. Seriously. I was approved for financing and was in Frank Sorensen's office signing paperwork in under an hour. Frank presented several options to consider without any pressure. Excellent customer focus.
