This Jeep was located at their Midlothian store and I asked if JB could ship it to his, he immediately got back to me and said he’d be happy to. He let me know once he got it in and I scheduled a time to come by for a test drive. He helped me look through the Jeep thoroughly and was very knowledgeable with pointing out all the features it had. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Richmond BMW and I will continue to do so especially with people like JB working there. He couldn’t have been nicer and more courteous! More

I took my almost new 2024 X5 to this dealership after the car broke down on I-95 (while headed for a vacation destination over the 4th of July weekend) since this was the BMW dealership closest to where the car broke down on I-95 (while headed for a vacation destination over the 4th of July weekend) since this was the BMW dealership closest to where the breakdown happened. The service department did not know me or my car, but they provided me with a loaner car (a brand new X3) and worked on fixing the car. As it turned out, the car needed a part from Germany, which took over two weeks to arrive. While waiting, I continued to drive the loaner. In short, BMW of Richmond saved my vacation, for which I'm obviously very grateful. More
