He was polite, patient and informative. with his help I was able to put down a deposit and travel to see the vehicle the next day and make a very transparent accurate and easy purchase. Poor f/u after the sale. Hours just to detail the truck. Then sent the check for my trade in to wrong address. Took over two weeks to resolve that. I am very happy with the way my last visit on April 30 was handled. I took the car in for a state inspection and waited on it. It was done on time and I got a complimentary car wash as well.
