Would've been 5 stars across the board but from the moment of initial contact to after the deal was made I've witnessed two personality changes from Laz. At first, he was very informative and engaging. moment of initial contact to after the deal was made I've witnessed two personality changes from Laz. At first, he was very informative and engaging. After I sell my vehicle and bring my stock exhaust to be swapped back on, he's been unresponsive in answering my requests. I sold the car two days before I brought my exhaust in and told him the day I would bring it in so that my aftermarket exhaust can be uninstalled by the time I arrived. That did not happen. After arrival that Saturday, I was told the exhaust can be delivered to my home but its now been a week of no contact or update from Laz. Additionally, I paid to have the exhaust removed so I expected them to be prompt. With that being said, it hasn't been a professional relationship after I sold my car. Very unfortunate. Steve was extremely welcoming and kept me up to date the entire process, regardless of the simplicity of the process. He remained in touch and helpful. More
