I drove from Maryland to Richmond and was originally supposed to work with Lazarus Joyner but he appeared to be super occupied when I tried reaching out a few times for questions about the vehicle while on the road. I'm glad things worked out the way they did because I wouldn't have had the pleasure of working with Steve Lerner. I visited the Richmond BMW in search of a specific car that I was interested in. I called before my visit inquiring about the car and I spoke to a few associates who were able to help me and answer all of that I was interested in. As I pulled into the dealership, the car was already pulled up to the front and ready! Within seconds of being inside, Steve was already ready to answer any questions I had. Both Steve and Anton did a phenomenal job throughout the entire car buying process, reassuring me of all my worries and facilitating a smooth and fairly quick transaction between the two of them. The salesman we interacted with was Steve Lerner and he was very friendly, polite, cooperative and forthcoming. He wasn't pushy at all and let us test drive the vehicle and did not pressure us to buy. We ended up going with a different vehicle at a different dealership and when Steve followed up with us again the next day we told him we had purchased elsewhere and he was still just as friendly and understanding. Although we did not make a purchase I would still recommend Steve and Richmond BMW for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
