Amazing First Dealership Experience I’m a little late for the review but about a week ago I purchased a Nissan Sentra trade-in and Steve was the guy that made it so easy. This was my first time going to a dealership so obviously I was so nervous to go due to all the horror stories I have heard about salesmen but Steve was such a joy to work with and I could have asked for a better experience. My grandparents came with me and he made us all feel welcomed with no pressure to buy the car, he was patient with my questions, during the test drive, and getting all the paperwork settled. I seriously can not be more grateful for having him help me during this big transition. I highly, highly recommend Steve at Richmond BMW to assist any of your wants and concerns. He also has a great Long Island accent! More
SUPER AMAZING SERVICE WOW doesn't even begin to describe the satisfaction of today. It was coming time for my first BMW lease to expire this month, and even months ago, Steven pro-actively stayed in contact with me preparing me for this time, and making sure all my questions were answered. We scheduled a time to meet, and get the ball going, and plan for a new lease. Steven, and all the finance team were incredible to work with. The professionalism, and personal service is outstanding and was definitely a factor in my choice to stick with BMW for the next go round. Not only did they take my concerns seriously, they made sure that all my needs were met. Steve picking me up at the airport coming in from NY drove me himself to the dealership making the smoothest and friendliest transaction I have ever had. On my 8 hour drive home Steve called to make sure I was doing good and how I like the BMW. A Pleasure Doing Business We recently bought a used 2016 BMW 328i. Leading up to our purchase we looked around online at multiple BMW dealerships all over the state of Virginia We recently bought a used 2016 BMW 328i. Leading up to our purchase we looked around online at multiple BMW dealerships all over the state of Virginia from Blacksburg to Arlington to Virginia Beach. The only dealership to ever follow up with us was Richmond BMW. The only Sales Rep to ever follow up with us was Mr. Steve Lerner. He followed up not once but multiple times over. When we finally decided to purchase a car there was no question who we were going to do business with. My wife and children found a car they liked. They drove over during the week without me to look at the car. They arrived without an appointment. My wife told me that Mr. Lerner was busy with several other customers. There were other sales reps on the floor and around the lot but as fate would have it Mr. Lerner greeted them first. Though he was busy he took time to meet and greet them. He remembered us form our interaction online. They took a test drive, he answered their questions, and he sat down with them to talk about the car before they left. My wife and I went back to dealership on Saturday, again, without appointment. We arrived to find Mr. Lerner busy with other customers. He took time to meet with us. It was comfortable doing business with him. It felt like we were working with an old friend not a salesman trying to make monthly sales targets. We took another test drive. We talked about the car. He listened to us as we explained our goals. He answered every one of our questions and concerns. We highlighted several small imperfections we noticed. He rallied his team and immediately addressed them. I cannot remember the name of the young man we worked with to close the deal financially but I will add that he also was a pleasure to work with. He carefully explained all the offerings of BMW financial services. I went into the dealership with a financial plan but to my surprise BMW financial services provided a slightly better deal. I took it. The entire team was professional and courteous. I will most certainly return to buy my next BMW from this dealership. More

BEWARE!!!! Crooked Service Department!!! Deceitful Techs The Service Department at this location is Deceitful and dishonest. I took my car in for a promotional oil change on Friday 6/21. After waiting at The Service Department at this location is Deceitful and dishonest. I took my car in for a promotional oil change on Friday 6/21. After waiting at the Dealership for 1 hour and 30 mins I was told my car was ready. I paid for my oil change which included a fee for disposal of your old oil and left the dealership.. Immediately after I got home I decided to check my oil to make sure that in fact my oil was really changed.. ( Which is sad because you would think the dealership of all places are HONEST! RIGHT?.. WRONG!!!)) I’ve had problems with this dealership not performing the work requested before and yet still taking the money for the service.. This time was no different.. My oil change was never done. My car had the same dirty oil as it did when I took it in. I immediately called to speak to the Service Manager Mark Dobinson thinking that he would right the wrong done by his service department.. Wrong!! Not only was he unhelpful but he seemed in on the scheme. I even sent him the pictures of my old oil and filter still in my car which he could care less.. He pretended he wanted to see for himself , however when I showed up to the appointment for him to take a look he never showed up or even came out after 45 min to acknowledge I was even there.. WARNING! If you have received work from this dealership for an alignment or an oil change or work in general recently or as long as this Service Manager has been there. Have your work checked by another dealership or a honest mechanic.. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

My sales associate, Steve Lerner, was extremely helpful in all phases of the sale, from ensuring the vehicle was prepped for a long test drive to pushing my vehicle through the generous appraisal process. I peppered Steve with numerous questions about the vehicle, a 2017 Mercedes-AMG GLE 43, and he answered most to my satisfaction. What questions he couldnt answer off hand, he found the answer in short order. I wad particularly impressed that he, a BMW salesman, was knowledgeable about the competitor's products. I also wanted to compliment Anton, the financing rep. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Again, no pressure EVER. There is no doubt that I will buy a vehicle from this dealer and Steve again, maybe even a BMW :) More
Experience dealing with the dealership I purchased 2018 BMW 530e Plug-in Hybrid which was supposed to come with Apple Car Play enabled. After the transaction, none of the BMW services were I purchased 2018 BMW 530e Plug-in Hybrid which was supposed to come with Apple Car Play enabled. After the transaction, none of the BMW services were enabled. I had to visit the dealership 3 different times to enable the services. When all the services were enabled, BMW Genius told me that the car did not come with Airplay. After few more visits to the dealership, we agreed to split the cost of $300. I was to pay the full amount and get a refund of $150 from the dealership. I kept my end of the bargain and the check for $150 never arrived. I raised the concern to the manager, who has not responded to numerous messages I have left. Based on this experience I have sold the car with in 6 months and plan to buy Mercedes which is what I used to own. More
