He has been very responsive to any concerns/issues and I would recommend both Steve and the Richmond dealership to anyone! I should also note I live in Fredericksburg and new to the area. I tried another dealership that was closer to me and they were horrible. I had a mechanical problem and drove the extra distance to Richmond and now wouldn't got anywhere else. Monty More
Worst Car Buying Experience EVER I purchased a vehicle from out of state. Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle, the customer service changed significantly. Part of their policy is to I purchased a vehicle from out of state. Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle, the customer service changed significantly. Part of their policy is to take care of taxes, tag and title fees in house so you don't have to and they charge a fee for this. While I mentioned I would rather handle this myself, I agreed to their protocol. The paperwork was supposed to be sent to my DMV so I could receive my tag. After attempting to contact Andre twice because the DMV had not received the paperwork three weeks since I had purchased the vehicle, I was told by someone else that he no longer worked there. Then after calling seven times and speaking to several different people that assured me my paperwork would be sent and someone would call me back to confirm, I finally received a call from my lien holder stating they had received the paperwork (not the DMV). So I then had to go to my lien holder to get the paperwork and take it to the DMV. I finally received my tag two months after the purchase of the vehicle. The process to have the car shipped was also very lengthy. The photos did not display the amount of wear on the interior. I realize photos can't pick up every detail, but there was significantly more wear than I anticipated. There is also an issue with the Bluetooth that was not mentioned previously. The previous owner's information is permanently stored in the vehicle's Bluetooth system. I can delete the previous owner's info and connect to Bluetooth, but once the car is turned off and back on again, the previous owner's info is restored and my info is not found. I have attempted to contact Anton about this issue since he was Andre's manager but have not received any response. I called the service department at a Lexus dealership and they stated they had not experienced this issue. I searched forums online to no avail. I took the vehicle to a Lexus repair shop and they too, had not experienced the issue before. They attempted to fix the issue which cost $350, but it did not fix the issue. They believe the SD card was taken out of the vehicle and installed in another one at the dealership, which leaves the previous owner's info/data permanently burned into the Bluetooth system. The only solution is to get the original SD card back or replace the entire navigation system. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Steve made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. He was patient and wanted to be sure this was the car that fitted our needs. He went over the car from front to back(even though it was not a BMW) and made sure we checked the car out completely. . I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Steve if you are in the market for a new or used car. You will not regret walking in the front door here. They also worked with us on our budget we had for the purchase and made it happen. More
Exceptional! Steve Lerner is by FAR the best there is. Just to give you the whole story- A few weeks ago, my 2016 320 (Also bought from Steve- see my review from September 2016) was totaled so I was stressed out about finding another car at a good price. The second Steve found out about my accident, he called me to make sure I was ok (he was on vacation!) I advised Steve and Akshay that I really wanted an X3 for my next car but that I’m also under a budget and wouldn’t consider it over a certain price. To make a long story short, Steve and Akshay found me an X3 in Florida that was reasonably priced and they discounted it to ensure that it fit in my budget! They really went above and beyond to keep an existing customer and again, they won my business fair and square! The car had to be shipped from FLorida so I didn’t have it right away but Steve kept me updated everyday so that I knew exactly when it would be here. Since it’s brand new, they had to prepare it but Steve made sure it was done promptly so that I could have it as soon as possible. I really enjoyed working working with everyone at BMW they make the car buying experience actually fun and completely stress free. I also want to say that Anton is amazing! When my car was totaled I was so concerned but he reassured me that that’s the beauty of leasing...I can just walk away without any penalties. The paperwork for my X3 was really quick since I knew the contract as I had leased my 320. Nonetheless, I appreciated that Anton was quick while still explaining everything well. Thank you Steve, Akshay, and Anton for everything!! You guys are the absolute best and I love doing business with you! Also want to thank Tim Peterson in service for always being there to assist me. I haven’t had my X3 serviced yet but he was the best for my 320! He’s always responsive, keeps you up to date, and makes sure your car is ready in no time! More

I took my car to Richmond BMW and found out I was being lied to about the cost of service and I quickly took my car to Midlothian BMW where the service adviser and manager was not out to make a quick buck. Alan was out right rude. He had the nerve to tell me maybe I should buy a new car. My car is a 2008 and it does not even have 100,000 miles and I keep it maintained when I paid $1800.00 for work performed on my car he never said I should get a new car. The lie came when he told me he was doing me a favor by giving me a discount... there was never a discount He wrote a quote and that quote was different than Midlothian BMW. Richmond's Bmw Integrity is definitely in question More
