He let me pay cash and sent me a receipt for the item via email the next day as he said he would the night before. It was the small gesture of make sure I got what I need that really made me appreciate this dealership and why we purchased my husband's vehicle from this exact BMW dealer last year. AWESOME, GREAT, and PROFESSIONAL Service!!!!! I first met Steve over a phone call regarding purchasing a new BMW X5. My wife and I finally went to the dealership and met Steve, and after five minutes we knew we would buy a car from him! Steve was awesome! From the beginning, he was professional and “real”. He gave us all the information, built the car with us, let us test drive the same type of car we were interested in purchasing!!!! Absolutely an AWESOME experience. We left the dealership 3 hours later with an order for a 2018 X5 Diesel. Throughout the process of the X5 being built, Steve would call giving us updates. Our vehicle was complete and ready for delivery within 2 weeks. He took his time explaining everything about the vehicle and also ensured we were scheduled with a BMW Genius.
