I don’t know of any salesman that would have spent that much time with us, he never made us feel rushed, pushed or an of that uncomfortable car buying experience. Our initial contact for this purchase was great, with Steve setting up a time to allow my wife and I to test drive several different models to determine which would best meet our needs. The local dealership did not have any of the specific model we were looking at in stock at the time so he worked with us over several days to try to find an in-stock vehicle somewhere on the east coast. Steve was great to work with and was able to secure a vehicle that met our requirements within a week. The car found out of state but was promptly shipped to the dealership for a great delivery experience. I will continue to make Steve my first call when I search for new vehicles in the future. Of all those that I talked to, Richmond BMW did the best job of searching for my car and keeping me informed of the progress. I could tell that they are the ones that wanted my business by earning it. It started with the Internet contact and Brian Carlin. He listened to my desires and began his search. He stayed in contact with me until we identified the car I wanted. We made the appointment for me to see the car and agreed on the price. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by Joey as arranged, and he turned me over to Steve Lerner. He is the one that walked me thru the features of the car and explained the process. Help with complementary satellite radio service. I leased a 400 series BMW convertible last September. I was told I would receive a year's complementary satellite radio service as part of the least I leased a 400 series BMW convertible last September. I was told I would receive a year's complementary satellite radio service as part of the least. Three months into the lease I was contacted by the satellite radio's representative and was told I only had a three month complementary service and would have to start paying for the service. I refused to continue the service and hadn't had satellite radio since that time. I had made several attempts on my own and via BMW representatives to resolve this issue. I was at the dealership yesterday about another matter and decided to try one more time. I was introduced to Mr. Steve Lerner, who took it upon himself to personally navigate a resolution to my problem. After a couple of phone calls, he was told to email a representative at SiriusXM radio, which he did, copying me. He asked me to contact him within the week if I was still without service, and I appreciated the willingness to follow up. Yesterday, before close of business I not only had my satellite radio service back, I was given a full year of complementary service for my trouble. This would not have happened without Mr. Lerner's intervention, and I am very grateful for his persistent, personal, caring help. After this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to continue my relationship with BMW Richmond. When I am ready to lease another car, I will most certainly give them first and foremost consideration.
