He has treated with courtesy, honesty, humbleness while demonstrating the 'go the extra mile' attitude. We just leased a 2017 330i Sedan which my husband special ordered. Of course when you leave the details to the husband a minor glitch might occur. He ordered the wrong color of white, marsh mellow white when it should have been mineralized white. Sheeesh. Hubby in dog house but as Steve reminded me I can get any color I want in 3 years. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Steve Lerner More

Excellent no hassle and honest buying experience We bought a 2010 Acura TSX. Our sales person was Steve Lerner. This was not our first visit to the dealership. In our first visit (almost a month back We bought a 2010 Acura TSX. Our sales person was Steve Lerner. This was not our first visit to the dealership. In our first visit (almost a month back), we met with Steve and Josh. They left a great impression of friendly, trustworthy, genuine and honest people. It is said first impressions are the last impressions. I guess it must be true, since after our first visit we kept getting a strong feeling that we should buy a car from this dealership and especially through Steve. We went to the dealership, a second time with a VW passat in mind, but unfortunately the car had been sold the day before. Steve informed us about an Acura TSX (2010, 88K miles), that they had just taken in and Josh offered to take $2000 off right away without us ever having to negotiate. We checked KBB and this price was comparable to a private party selling price vs dealer price. The Carfax, also showed that the car had been well maintained, with no open recalls or accidents/damage etc. The process was no hassle, no pressure. They answered all our questions and more. Steve would gave us extremely upfront and honest answers, even about cars that they were not selling. Overall we had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Maybe its just we thought BMW dealership/sales people might be pompous and may consider it as not worth their time. We however never got that feeling, the people at the dealership were warm and inviting. We would strongly recommend this dealership and especially Steve Lerner. More

We found just what we were looking for at Richmond BMW and because I made an inquiry through the website, I was lucky enough to make contact with Steve Lerner. He was down to earth and honest and we didn't feel any pressure at all. Honestly, I'm not sure I would have bought the car if I hadn't had Steve there to guide us through the process. I made two trips to Richmond this week, 4 hours roundtrip for each one, ad it was definitely worth the drive! I know my son will love driving his 2010 BMWxi; hopefully he'll let me borrow it once in a while! More
Drove from NC for the deal I was a bit concerned about driving over 3 hours for a 2016 Honda Civic we had not seen in person. The internet sales person, Steve Lerner, worked extra hard inspecting the car with his cell phone flashlight to put our fears at ease. After a test drive and some inspection we decided to get the car. The manager saw some surface scratches on both sides of the car. He said while we do the paperwork he would send the car to detailing and see if they can get the scratches out. This was after we decided to get the car as is. After the paperwork the detailer met us outside to make sure everything was satisfactory with his work. He got the scratches out. 3 weeks later and we're still happy with the car and the experience. More

I explained our situation and he didn't apply any pressure to make me change my mind. I told him I really enjoyed my 2 years with the I3 and that I just wanted to return for now. We went through USAA buying service and located several dealers. From the beginning, Steve Lerner and Richmond BMW went out of their way to learn what we wanted in our next car and then pulled out all the stops to locate the exact car we were searching for. Along the way, we feel like we made a new friend and, frankly, enjoyed the process. Steve and the crew, to include the finance specialist, Andrew, were about as user friendly as anyone could ever expect. Our car was not only delivered in top notch form, but we left fully confident that Steve and crew would be there to make sure that we would continue to enjoy our new car experience. I often return to vendors based upon a good relationship. Based upon our experience, we are likely return customers and will readily recommend these folks to our friends. More

We didn't expect much service with the return process, but were pleasantly surprised with Steve Lerner. He took the time to explain the return process, clear out the electronics (phone book and Nav), and provide us with a copy of his inspection. During the ownership of the car we were well taken care of by Richmond BMW and would highly recommend them and the staff to anyone who wants to buy the Ultimate Driving Machine. More
