The internet sales person, Steve Lerner, worked extra hard inspecting the car with his cell phone flashlight to put our fears at ease. After a test drive and some inspection we decided to get the car. The manager saw some surface scratches on both sides of the car. He said while we do the paperwork he would send the car to detailing and see if they can get the scratches out. This was after we decided to get the car as is. After the paperwork the detailer met us outside to make sure everything was satisfactory with his work. He got the scratches out. 3 weeks later and we're still happy with the car and the experience.
