Purchased used BMW December 2016 Very disappointed... I recently purchase a used BMW from Crown BMW of Richmond in December 2016. Made one car payment in January 2017, drove the car Very disappointed... I recently purchase a used BMW from Crown BMW of Richmond in December 2016. Made one car payment in January 2017, drove the car 400 miles and it has major mechanical issues. The service representative at Crown BMW of Richmond told me the car is leaking oil from the top and the bottom of the engine and the transmission is also leaking... "wow". I have owned BMW's for the last 25 years. This is my fourth BMW and needless to say that I am not happy after making one car payment and now the car is in need of a $2,600 repair. I did not purchase the warranty but expected for the car to last more than 60 days without a major repair absolutely ridiculous. My BMW that I traded in was fine and now I am stuck with a car that should not have been sold from a major BMW dealership........ This is just not what I expected from Richmond Crown BMW. More

I met at least six of the team Everyone just as nice and appreciative as the others. Steve, Matt, Joey, and Anton were all great. After we wrapped stuff up Steve spent about 2 hours going over the car with me. I felt like he would have spend 5 if I wanted him too. I enjoy learning and this car has a lot to learn. Steve's presentation of the information is excellent. He makes sure you understand the feature he is explaining before he moves to the next feature.
