Excellent customer service! I was searching for a vehicle after a car accident that I need fast. I found a vehicle on Richmond BMW's website and sent an inquiry at 10pm and I got I was searching for a vehicle after a car accident that I need fast. I found a vehicle on Richmond BMW's website and sent an inquiry at 10pm and I got a reply from Mr. Steve Lerner in sales a few hours later at 1am advising me he'd have it ready by the late morning. I was extremely impressed by his prompt response which is what was my deciding factor to go with Richmond BMW. Once inside I was pleased with the professionalism and cleanliness of the facility. I purchased my vehicle here and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
NOT TRUSTWORTHY Didnt keep agreement after given a copy of sale to go to credit union to pick check, the next day i was called by Daniel and said the car was sold. They didnt do good business or goodwill for the customer. When i went to the credit union i was inform that they had taken the loan which i asked not to run a credit report, so i had to go back to the dealership get on a conference call with the credit union. Two hrs. past for the mix alot of confusion, so i got heated went home not mention a call i received from DANIEL SAID THE CAR WAS SOLD. IS THAT THE WAY CROWN DO BUSINESS More

After waiting for a week or my order, it turned out that they ordered th The dealership sales team have no current knowledge of what they are selling! After waiting for a week or my order, it turned out that they ordered the wrong vehicle. Not only they weren't unapologetic about it to correct the wrong, but instead tried to complain how many hours they spent locating the (wrong) vehicle so I have to buy it? It was unacceptable for a premium car dealership. I went somewhere else after this happened. Also, the team lacks basic communication skills - never follow up no matter how hard I tried. Wished they could have treated customer better. More

Excellent Used Car Experience I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Steven Lerner in the Sales Department regarding a used car. When I first stopped by we were told that the I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Steven Lerner in the Sales Department regarding a used car. When I first stopped by we were told that the car was already sold. I then had to leave town for a few weeks when Steve contacted me that the car was ultimately available. He put in many hours assisting me and answering all of my questions. At the end of the day I was very pleased with his professionalism and level of service.
