Initially, he called and tried to personally understand the specifics of the car we were looking for, and within 3 days, he called again, delivering exactly what we needed! He was very thorough and detail oriented while test-driving the vehicle, and yet, gave us ample opportunity to check out all the features and gadgets that the X5 had. Yousaf was very personable, and was able to work with our schedules. He was sensitive to our needs and time constraints, and was all prepared with the documentation. He is a thorough professional and understood what we were looking for. The dealership’s general manager, Mr. Matt Perry was very warm and welcoming as well. More
