Better than Expected I recently bought my first Mini Cooper S and found myself at Crown. The staff had just moved into their new facility (which is beautiful) and it was clear that the new space suited them well. They were all professional, clean, enthusiastic about their product, and willing to work with me about buying a car. My sales team was James, John and Paul (I am not kidding!). While James was my main point of contact Paul and John were an incredible influence in my final decision. I cannot say enough about how enthusiastic they all are about their product. I was particularly thrilled to hear that the staff did not work on commission. I didn't feel the same pressure that I had at other dealers I had visited. A great business models I wish others would follow. My final buying experience was with Adam who turned out to be the highlight of my time at Crown. Informed, matter-of-fact, and down to earth Adam prepared all the finance paperwork and talked to me honestly and professionally about all the additional services or benefits I could purchase. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and refreshing it was to talk to him about my car, my warranty, and extended warranties. Huge kuddos to Adam. I hope his management team knows how great he really is at his job. A great experience overall. Shout out to Angie (Service Department) as well for helping to get my car ready. I hope she and I don't have to interact much more during my time with my Mini but if I do I am sure it will be a great experience. More
