When I got my car back , I thought I would miss the beautiful loaner they let me use, but my car looked so great and was cleaned (for free ) I was so pleased to get back in it. New to Richmond, great experience! I recently relocated to Richmond from Ohio. My 2011 X3 needed service, so I searched the BMW website to find the nearest dealer. Upon my first visit I I recently relocated to Richmond from Ohio. My 2011 X3 needed service, so I searched the BMW website to find the nearest dealer. Upon my first visit I met Eddie Dunn. Eddie is great to work with! He was accomodating, thorough, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. A great service partner! The very same can be said about Rocky the evening Service Writer and Richard - an amazing technician! Very friendly, thorough, accomodating, and willing to explain repairs in great detail. I walked through the showroom to see the 2015 BMW line-up and was greeted by Rebecca Kunz. She took the time necessary to begin to understand what I needed, the models and styles I liked, and was very patient as I worked through the process. The extensive line-up of so many great vehicles now offered by BMW made my decision a little tougher, but Rebecca was very accomodating (many test drives) and made sure I had all of the information I needed - which helped me tremendously in making the right choice - a 2015 335. Josh Alford was also very friendly, professional, helpful, and was amazingly proficient and efficient when the time came to process the transaction to trade in my X3 for the 335. Thad was also very friendly, professional, and accomodating and worked with me to make the right deal. Nick, a new sales associate, was also very helpful by adding different perspectives which also helped me on my journey. Overall, I have received nothing but the best possible treatment by the entire staff at Richmond BMW. The Customer Preferred process is much better than the traditional method which often leaves the customer angry or upset thinking they were taken advantage of. I never felt this way throughout the process. The majority of the credit for my great experience needs to go to your staff. An amazing group of professionals. I will definitely be back and will tell others of my great experience! More

Not only did he drop everything to come help me so I didn't ave to wait, he went above and beyond to show me many features of=n my car that I was not using. I was so excited about my car (again) when I left there. Steve is definitely a topnotch employee and represents BMW well. Thanks Steve!! More

Dennis referred me to Steve Lerner. Steve and I hit it off right away and he was able to find me a great 2013 BMW X3 that had everything I wanted, and more. Dmitriy and Adam were also great to work with during the process. I felt very comfortable with the entire Richmond BMW team and would certainly recommend Richmond BMW to a friend or associate. More
Happy Used Car Buyer I needed to buy a used car and we had deceided on a BMW - I had been shopping the internet trying to find a good deal, and I went into Richmond BMW sp I needed to buy a used car and we had deceided on a BMW - I had been shopping the internet trying to find a good deal, and I went into Richmond BMW specifically to look at a car for my daughter to drive. I ran into Steve Lerner on the lot and he was quite honest with me about the downsides of the car I went there to see. I then inquired about another one that I saw which had apparently just hit the lot. We searched the lot and found it and both realized this seemed like a good one. The car had just come in so he expedited the process of having it checked over and prepped (which included giving me new tires). He even called the former owner on speakerphone to check the details of something on the carfax (the car had just been traded in there a few days earlier). He worked quickly with a sense of urgency, but never seemed to be pushy. It has been 3 months now and we have enjoyed the car - I feel like Steve really wanted to help me get the right car, not just any car. More
