First, I was very impressed with the amount of information they sent me via email. I got a great sense of their inventory and felt really prepared by the time I hit the lot to talk specifics. When I got to the lot I met Steve who had set aside one of the cars I was interested in. The experience was great, Steve showed me everything I needed to know about the car, including some things I wouldn't have thought to ask and answered all my questions. I also think that you can tell alot about a product from how enthusiastic a salesperson is - and man, Steve lives and breathes BMWs. The second thing I look for is honesty - several times I asked about a 500 series (a step up from the 300 series I was buying and a big difference in price) and Steve had some really good suggestions about taking reasonable steps before jumping in head first to a more expensive vehicle. I thought it was great advice and I can tell you that when I buy my next BMW it will be from Richmond BMW. 2 months later, I still love the car and appreciate having had the opportunity to work with Steve, Matt and the rest of the team at Richmond BMW.
