I bought a used BMW 328I that was a few years old and I traded in my car as well. The car I bought is in pristine condition and I was also very satisfied with what they gave me to trade my current vehicle. Between Steve, Thad and Josh, they answered every question and accommodated every request I had. It is the best car buying experience I have ever had. They made me feel like I was buying the most expensive car they had and I wasn't! Steve went through every single feature of the car,explained it and programmed or set it up, if needed. I will definitely recommend Steve and everyone else here to anyone I know who values this type of experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again in the future. More
Never felt any pressure. Great experience. I actually purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited that had been traded in for a BMW the week before. Steve Lerner was my salesperson and he was fant I actually purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited that had been traded in for a BMW the week before. Steve Lerner was my salesperson and he was fantastic. I first contacted him by email, since I live 2 hours away from Richmond, in Hampton Roads. He went out & personally took extra pictures of things I couldn't see from the listed pictures. He was willing to reserve the car for me just by taken my credit card number. He didn't even run the card! When I arrived he was with another customer, but asked the gentleman to switch to another rep since he was waiting for my arrival and he thoroughly went over everything with me in detail. After everything was done and said, I was about to leave and a light came on the dash that wasn't there before. I let Steve know, who took the car to service to have a diagnostic ran. The service tech tried to brush it off as a common light, but Steve was not satisfied with that. He personally called and made an appointment with a local (to me) Hyundai dealer for me to get the issue resolved. And then the next day he called me just to get an update to make sure everything worked out. He was a tremendous help and made my first from-a-dealership car purchase a great experience! Hopefully, one day I'll be able to return and actually buy that BMW too! Thank you Steve. More

My previous car was a mini but I had had trouble with service. After Steve's diligence and Dan's knowledge and expertise, I was sold. When I bring the car in for service I will be able to get a loaner as long as an appointment is made. I purchased the extended service which get me free service for six years or 1000,000 miles. Could I ask for more? No! And although I went in looking for a low mileage used car, the deal on my brand new car was wonderful. I was also able to drive out that day and had 500 mi or 4 days to decide if I really wanted it, buyers remorse maybe? Well I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealer and car to everyone. More

BMW Service is excellent I purchase my car in Arizona and had it transferred to Virginia 3 years ago. Richmond BMW completed the inspection and all the scheduled maintenance. I have had several visits over the 3 years and each time I schedule an appointment with Tim Peterson. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He always make sure the service time fits my schedule and ensures all the necessary services are performed as scheduled and completed timely. He answers all my questions and I leave feeling good about my BMW service experience. I would gladly recommend this dealership. More

This was my first experience with BMW and I was most impressed. I felt comfortable with Steve and he made sure I was kept informed after I ordered the vehicle. Matthew Perry also stayed in the loop and made sure I was comfortable with the process. My new 428i convertible arrived last week. It is a beautiful vehicle that my wife and I will enjoy. More

I have had many visits over the past few years that were all very pleasant and sent me home satisfied. Josh, my service advisor, has always went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and happy; this experience alone will keep me a BMW driver for life. As for the sales team, I don't have many positive comments for this area, as DC BMW dealerships offer significantly better deals on all BMW models. I tried to give Richmond BMW a chance for the sole purpose of local support before getting my most recent new BMW, but the deals weren't even comparable, and I'm not one just to throw away money. Overall, I love Richmond BMW. More

Dennis has done his very best to accommodate my schedule, to explain programs offered by the dealership and to work with me to understand issues. It's Dennis' overall attitude towards me and his job that keep me coming to Richmond BMW rather than investigating some other options in Richmond. Joey Harris has more recently helped me with a warranty program. He was responsive, patient and very professional. Last year I had an issue that required managerial help. Alan Bettley worked with me to keep me a BMW customer. More
