Josh, my service advisor, has always went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and happy; this experience alone will keep me a BMW driver for life. As for the sales team, I don't have many positive comments for this area, as DC BMW dealerships offer significantly better deals on all BMW models. I tried to give Richmond BMW a chance for the sole purpose of local support before getting my most recent new BMW, but the deals weren't even comparable, and I'm not one just to throw away money.
