She and I spent an afternoon with Steve Lerner looking at and test driving different Mini's until she was confident this was her vehicle. Steve was patient, took his time with us and in the end she was overjoyed with her choice of vehicle. By the time we left that day we had met with Service technicians, as well as most of the staff dealing with the Mini sales. We were very impressed and extremely satisfied with a pleasant car buying experience as well as the fun we seemed to have with Steve while buying the car. However this review is not about the Mini we purchased in January, it is about the BMW X5 I just purchased for my use. Richmond BMW and Steve Lerner have my wife and I as customers for life now. Great BMW dealership I had been looking for a certain model and year of a BMW for quite some time. I finally located the vehicle on the internet through Auto Trader. I made the deal with Steve Lerner, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I had to drive from Columbus Ohio, nearly 500 miles away to pick up the car. Great Service I received a loaner vehicle from Richmond BMW as part of a charity auction vacation package. Steve Lerner was very attentive to make sure I got a gre I received a loaner vehicle from Richmond BMW as part of a charity auction vacation package. Steve Lerner was very attentive to make sure I got a great car (BMW 325i convertible) and that everything was ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I picked up a nail in one of the tires between the dealership and my drive home that day, but the run-flat tire allowed me to continue driving and I took it back to Steve the next morning with the bad news. I thought I was going to have to pay for the new tire, but Steve arranged to replace the tire at no charge to me! Since my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary that weekend and using the car to travel to the Tides Inn, the expense of that tire could have put a damper on our weekend. Instead we had a great weekend and really enjoyed driving with the top down! More

We were living in Washington state at the time of purchase and were planning on picking the car up on our drive home to Maine. All I have to say is that Steve is amazing and made the purchase so incredibly easy. When we got there he welcomed us and made sure our trip had gone well. He showed us everything we needed to know about the car (which was in perfect condition, as advertised). He was completely thorough and made us feel even more confident in our purchase.
