Steve and the entire team worked hard to find us the right car. Steve's "assistant" Paul told of a loaner convertible , which turned out to be the right car. Steve had my rented car returned , the new car serviced and the temporary plates attached . After a quick overview , we scheduled a long session on the car's wonders. We visited Richmond BMW yesterday afternoon to look at the BMW X5. Steve Lerner gave us outstanding, no-pressure, courteous, detailed service. He could not have been friendlier, and he took the time to go over the X5's numerous features and to make sure we understood and were comfortable with them. We also worked with Dan Weinberger on the trade-in of our old vehicle and the purchase of the X5. Dan also provided us with exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service. Both Steve and Dan stayed well beyond closing time on a Sunday night to make sure we could take the X5 home that night. They treated us fairly and made the transaction a pleasant experience. We really could not have expected more, and we will be sure to let our friends know how happy we were with the purchase, with our interaction with Steve and Dan, and with Richmond BMW. More

I recently bought a BMW X1 from Richmond BMW. My sales associate was Steve Lerner. I can't say enough nice comments about him! I found the used mini clubman on line and called to get some details about the car. Steve answered and mad an appointment to let me test drive it. I had to work until nearly 6 pm but he stayed until was av some details about the car. Steve answered and mad an appointment to let me test drive it. I had to work until nearly 6 pm but he stayed until was available. The test drive was a positive thing. I was impressed with the handling and the features of the car. Steve was very knowledgeable about all of the features and spent quit a bit of time showing me how to access each of them as well as how to change or reset them. Extra effort was made to make sure I knew and followed all safety guidelines. When I had decided that I wanted to buy the car every effort was made to make the purchase happen. I ended up driving the vehicle home that night. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. This was the quickest and easiest auto purchase I have made. Great job guys More

I have purchased 20+ cars through the years. From traditional dealers and the newer "no-haggle" dealers. This particular purchase was my favorite experience. The main reason was Anja Heyne. Anja was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and not pushy. Every aspect of the experience was easy, timely and courteous. More impressive than all those traits that went into the sale, was Anja's after the sale follow up. A courtesy call to see how I was liking the new car, an invitation to a Mini event, a call to follow up on a service appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. That is a big statement when we are talking about buying a car. Young Choe was great as a sales manager with support and follow up as well. I will start with Anja first when I go to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend that those reading this consider the doing the same. More

I consider myself a ‘car guy’ and before deciding on the Mini brand, I visited countless of dealers to understand in detail all the various options and features of each brand. I then narrowed my search to Mini brand, I visited countless of dealers to understand in detail all the various options and features of each brand. I then narrowed my search to a 2014 Mini JCW Countryman and then began visiting Mini dealerships in person, over the web, and speaking on the phone to more distant dealership. I can truthfully say that that I felt that Anja Heyne distinguished herself from ALL other sales people since she knew the vehicle from every aspect and could answer ALL of the questions I could throw at her—including questions beyond the brochure. I also felt with their fair pricing I did not feel like I was being taken for or pressured to buy. I have in the past purchased new vehicles in the past and felt worn down after leaving the showroom--but that was not the case with Richmond Mini. Contrast that to other dealerships, in particular in the Washington DC area—which tried the hard sell at MSRP and indicating if I would not act now, it may takes months to get another allocation. I would certainly use Anja and Yound again! More
