After 5+ visits, I have yet to have a good experience. When rotating my tires, they scratched the wheels so bad that 3 of them had to be repaired. They washed my car, even though I asked them not to, and When rotating my tires, they scratched the wheels so bad that 3 of them had to be repaired. They washed my car, even though I asked them not to, and the rear bumper was scratched so bad it had to go to the body shop to be repainted. But worse yet, they have sent me out the door twice telling me they fixed the problem, but when I got in my car, the problem was not fixed. Also, they gave me a loaner car and gave the keys to someone else's car. I am clearly convinced they have no idea what they are doing and they clearly don't care. I love the BMW product line, but my experience here will keep me from buying another one. I have friends fairly high up in the food chain in terms of Richmond dealers and they all say steer clear! More

We love Steve Lerner! He went out of his way to help with every detail. He took a great deal of time showing us all of the car's features, not once but twice! I went to the dealer to have my battery registered. As soon as I pulled in there was a service member waiting at my car to help me. Once I got all checked in I was only there maybe 30 minutes.
