Jack was fantastic. He was very helpful not only with completing the sale but with anything else that may have been needed. He gave me his cell phone number and asked that I call if I needed anything. Wh completing the sale but with anything else that may have been needed. Once the pricing was finalized, Joey did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. He tried to get in his up-sale items, but when I said no, he was never pushy about it. This is my third vehicle purchased from Richmond BMW, all in November, not sure why that is, but I always enjoy to experience. The service department has always been good to me as well. More

DeAngelo and his colleagues at Crown Mini Richmond were professional. Even though my vehicle didn't arrive in time, they gave me a brand new loaner car to use until mine arrives. I shook hands with a few people around the dealership, but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car rea but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car ready to go, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half, signed, sealed and delivered. The car was detailed very nicely.
