Liz and Steve listened to my requirements and worked over a period of two months to find the correct car for my particular driving needs. Richmond BMW continues to exceed my expectations! I brought my BMW in to be serviced for a minor issue. Upon notification that the issue was larger than expected, Dmitriy listened to my concerns and a brought my BMW in to be serviced for a minor issue. Upon notification that the issue was larger than expected, Dmitriy listened to my concerns and addressed them without hesitation. My enthusiasm re/ the recent purchase of a 2013 BMW X3 has been dampened a bit due probably to a lack of communication during the sales process. Thus far, I am disappointed with my purchase primarily due has been dampened a bit due probably to a lack of communication during the sales process. Thus far, I am disappointed with my purchase primarily due to the vehicle having a 2.0/4 cyclinder engine. Possibly I was remiss in not asking the right questions about the vehicle. Those questions included the designation emblem on the side of the vehicle, i.e. X28i as well as "does the engine sound like this all of the time". In neither case did the answer reflect the fact that the vehicle comes equipped with a 4 cyclinder engine nor did I indicate that gas mileage was a concern. We have now purchased three BMW SUV type vehicles and have always been pleased with the warranty and service that comes with the purchase as well as the touch of presitge such a vehicle provides. Unfortunately, I don't feel that a 4 cyclinder engine/vehicle demonstrates that prestige. Other than the performance/power, the vehicle does not handle, nor does it seem to have the braking capability as previous BMW vehicles I have owned. Overall, I am reasonably pleased with the vehicle and the features that are included and I will live with my decision made and/or explore the possibility of purchasing something different. mam More

We went to the BMW Dealership in search of a used car; however, with Yousaf's help we ended up leaving with a brand new BMW that had all of our needs and wants in it. He had extremely good customer servic however, with Yousaf's help we ended up leaving with a brand new BMW that had all of our needs and wants in it. He had extremely good customer service and spent a great amount of time getting to know us and figuring out exactly what we were looking for. He gave us a choice of multiple compatible cars and let us think and decide which one would be right for us without pressuring us to make a decision quickly. He not only demonstrated superior quality of work and in-depth knowledge of the features of the cars, but also created a good customer/dealer relationship by following up after our visit to make sure that the car was everything my family wanted. Overall, I would highly recommend him because of his excellent skills and work ethics. More
