My daughter needed a car and she had her heart set on a Mini. After some on-line research, (and lots of frustration), googled "minis in richmond" and Richmond BMW popped up. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were shown to Joey Harris's desk and he took excellent care of us. We had never bought a car before and I was dreading the actual negotiation part of the proceedings. But my fears were totally unfounded...Joey was great & we never had to negotiate! He treated us with respect and kindness for which we are truly grateful. Tim Stapler explained everything on the finace end and he did an exceptional job, as well.
