My car had just blown a head gasket and I haven't purchased a car in over 10 years. I just didn't want to go to any dealership and have some salesman meet me outside to sell me a car. I remembered a guy I had met several years before and remember he said he worked at Richmond BMW, his name was Steve Lerner. I called him up on a chance he still might work there, luckily he did. From that point, the Car Buying experience from top to bottom could not have been better! Steve's professionalism and energetic personality was such a pleasure to be around and he made it fun to buy a car. I purchased a used BMW X3 and he went above and beyond to make sure the car was clean, shiny, ready to drive, he even threw some floormats.
