I felt very comfortable with her from the get go and she made all the difference in the world. I was toggling and debating on whether to purchase a Jeep Wrangler( my dream jeep) or a car based on gas mileage as I commute back and forth from Raleigh, NC to Richmond. I was just out looking around this particular day and stopped in because I saw a cool jeep on the used car side... after seeing the jeep my friend encouraged me to look on the new side at the cars. I had looked at the Ford Focus in Durham, NC but again wanted a jeep at the time. Britney came out and introduced herself and asked me what I was looking for. She was patient, and knowledgeable, and listened as I talked and shared my concerns for a car vs. a jeep. I camp, I have a dog, I travel. She showed me all types big and small an I decided to go with car. I am very happy with my choice and know for all my driving what I chose was the best for me. I love the car, and the way it handles and she has called me to check on me several times since the purchase. Britney Dillon knows her information, and if she does not have the answer she will get it for you. This day was all about me and she let me drive till my heart was content. I have purchased a Honda, a Chevy and this by far was the best purchase experience ever. I was in no rush to get rid of my last car. It was 14 years old, 1999 with 218,000 miles on it and I was okay keeping it even longer. I felt that day like I was lead in the right direction, and was not pushed to do so. There was no intimidation like you feel at other dealerships and I have been looking for approximately 6 months. Just not ready to let go until this day. Thank you BRITNEY DILLON and Richmond Ford for a great little low and lime "green skittle" AKA FORD FIESTA. I love it. I now see a zillion of the same color but that just goes to show other people have great taste like I do. :>) More

We had a delightful experience buying our new Focus Titanium, if I didn't already have a first born, I would name him after Jack! Jack was patient, kind and knowledgable. My wife and I traveled from Fredericksburg to buy a vehicle we found on auto trader. Ryan was extremely helpful and very dedicated to closing the deal. I have gone to this dealership for service for 2 years on a 2008 Ford Escape;always great service, trustable quotes, friendly, and make you feel at home. I answered an email about trading my car in for a new car and went in just to check it out. It was a difficult situation for me with my old loan not complete but Chris in Finance and Jason Tucker, Sales, were amazingly patient! I went home that day with my new 2014 Ford Focus, quite a New Year present to myself. I came from a great dealer in NY, Ford, 2.5 years ago, and really considered going back up there, while visiting, to get all my service done. After the first service here though, I felt in a similar situation of support and have been going here ever since. Would HIGHLY recommend all areas of this dealership. I even won a detailing on my old car that was amazing! More
I can say that I went in to this dealership thinking that they were just like the rest of dealerships that I visited that day, but that simply was not the case. so far my experience with the people I encount they were just like the rest of dealerships that I visited that day, but that simply was not the case. so far my experience with the people I encountered during my visit was nothing but satisfactory. They went out of their way to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my "DEAL" and I can honestly say I am. I have yet to use the service side of the dealership though and I feel if a dealership is going to fail that's were its going to be but I guess ill just have to see More
Picked up my 2011 F-150 last night from the Collision Center after completion of the repairs from damage to approximately 25% of the passenger side including rear door, rear quarter panel and the cab bod Center after completion of the repairs from damage to approximately 25% of the passenger side including rear door, rear quarter panel and the cab body itself. The work that was completed looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. My experience could not have been any better. Jimmy Turner handled all aspects of the repair, kept in constant communication with me about the status of the repair, was responsive to my inquiries, advocated for me, at times, with the insurance company and took care of every aspect of the repair. He was great! The technician who worked on the car (do not have his name) did an outstanding job in rebuilding the complex body lines of the cab and went above and beyond to get the repair completed on time. The receptionist who answers the phone at the collision center (Nancy?) was always pleasant and made sure Jimmy received my messages in a timely manner. I also met Chris Jones last night when picking up the vehicle and he made the close out process very simple and streamlined. Thanks to everyone. David Selig Henrico, Virginia More
