The collision department did a great job rebuilding it, stuck to their initial quote, and the total came in only a little over the insurance settlement. I am so overjoyed to have the car back. We took our granddaughter to Richmond Ford on Sunday, Jan 12, 2014 to look for a new car for her. We met with Jose Avila and discussed what we were looking to purchase and that we were going to look at the 12, 2014 to look for a new car for her. We met with Jose Avila and discussed what we were looking to purchase and that we were going to look at the Toyota Corolla later that day. Jose was very knowledgeable about the Ford Focus. He had the vehicle ready for our test drive in minutes after our arrival there. He explained all the features in depth to me and my granddaughter. Once we decided on the vehicle he got us a price that was acceptable to us. We left to check out the Toyota. After the Toyota test drive we decided on the Focus and called Jose and told him we would buy the Focus and be there the next day at approx. 3pm. When we arrived on Monday the car was ready. The experience with Richmond Ford was an enjoyable one. What stood out for us was Jose. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely see Jose when I decide to buy another vehicle.
