I feel like he dealt honestly and fairly with us, as well as being very pleasant and personable. Next time I'm in the market for a new or used Ford, I hope he'll be available for the sale. Guest Services: Mark Snider was exceptionally pleasant, outgoing, and friendly. He gave a thorough review of services and convinced us of the benefit of the Auto Armour package. He then was able to schedule quick turn-around time for the required service. I feel like he would do everything in his power to resolve any issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Finance: Daryl Edgerton was able to find great financing terms. He worked through 2 or 3 options for payment, until we settled on the best one for us. The mix-up with the license plates was also quickly resolved and I was glad that actual plates could be assigned, instead of 30-day tags. He obviously has a lot of experience and I feel like he worked out the best value possible for us. More
