Gary Dunn was exceptional! I was very pleased with his knowledge and made us very comfortable with the whole purchase. The only reason I would rate this experience under a 5 was the vehicle itself that had to be returned, and the financing was very rushed. It was late at night and we had been there several hours, however customers would like to know exactly what theyre signing and their financing options a little more in detail and this just seemed to be very rushed so that everyone could get out the door.Instead, it shouldve been pushed off til the following day to come back and do the paperwork. Overall, great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership, solely based on the sales service I received. More

They took in a trade I thought I could never get rid of and put me in a new 2013 Ford Focus that I absolutely LOVE! Before we came to Richmond Ford our highest offer was 5000 dollars. With Richmond Ford we received 6250.00 dollars. We purchased a new Lincoln MKZ 4 DR sedan. It has all the safty features we desire and the quietest ride of all the new cars we test drove, including cadillac, The car drives like a dream and rides almost as comfortable as our previous Lincoln town car. The Employees are the most friendly and helpful that I have encountered in my 82 years. More
