I went in to buy a new Ford Focus, and Gary was extremely helpful. He helped me find the exact car I was looking for, and was able to get me a great price on it without me having to haggle. The only reason I rated good instead of great on price was because I felt they came up maybe $100-$200 short on valuing my trade-in, but they found me incentives i didn't even know I was eligible for, and I got a new car at a great price.
