Good expereince I have been in the market for a used car for the past couple of months and have been to numerous dealers in the area. My experience has been exhausting and frustrating to say the least. I was apprehensive about looking at cars for a while but saw one that caught my eye at your downtown location. Yesterday I decided to take the chance and made the dreaded call. A Young man named Justin “Bam Bam” answered and I was pleasantly surprised at his mannerisms. Justin was very nice and not pushy at all. Because of his professional, kind demeanor I went ahead a made the trip to the dealership. I went and he met me in the parking lot, I did not have to go in and hunt him down. He showed me the car let me take it for a test ride and he made the trip worth my while. I personally have never purchased from Richmond Ford but have heard good things about the dealership. Thank you for the refreshing car dealer experience. More
