Very recently I had to take my car in to the shop for repairs after a minor accident. The folks at this repair/collision shop (especially Jimmy Turner) were very cordial and professional. They made sure that my car was fixed well and kept me constantly updated/abreast of the progress on the repair. I also would like to commend the technicians/mechanics who worked on my car. Getting my car back clean and spotless after a great car was much appreciated as well. Thank You so much guys!! More

Finance dept doesn't lusten! We bought a new 2018 Ford focus the ladt day of March 2018, the sales person Alan was good, so good he took us for an extra $3,000. The finance person Cristo didn't listen to us and thus created extra work for us, she didn't look into what we asked her too and also spelled our names wrong, this caused us to return to redo paperwork, in hindsight I should have not completed thus and returned the car. Due to her mistake we also had to go take paperwork to the lender whom we asked her to go through to begin with...oh and yes we still had to pay their processing fee..and on top of this I'm still waiting on a call to see how they can "make it better"..haha I guess the jokes on me...never again will I shop thete!!! More

I told him up front that I was looking for information about Mustang Convertibles but that I was not necessarily ready to buy immediately. He understood and was nonetheless willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. He had a car on the lot that was exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgable and pointed out to me all of the key features of the car. I told him that I wanted to know the total price, including all taxes, destination charges, processing charge and any other fees that I would have to pay. He, and his manager, went to great length to get me the exact price that I would have to pay and did not try to pressure me to buy. I left armed with everything I felt I needed to make an informed decision and if I decide to buy a Mustang I will definitely go back to get Casey to help me. More
