Listening to the Customer is Essential I had contacted Alan Tuck prior to my arrival at the dealership thinking that a gently used vehicle was going to meet my needs. After listening to what I really wanted (not what I thought I wanted) Alan found two 2017 Edges on the lot that had all the features I wanted. I traded a 2007 Edge in and got a great trade-in allowance, end of the year deals and Ford incentives. Couldn't ask for more!!!! Alan is what I consider a great sales person. He didn't show me more expensive models, he only showed me the one's in the price range I gave him with the features that I wanted. He really cares about his customers. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
