Got our dream truck! We arrived today to take a 2015 F-150 on a test drive. We were immediately greeted by Alan Tuck in the parking lot and he had us on our test drive within minutes. Really cool guy. Never felt pressured, and I felt like he wanted us to get the truck more than he wanted to make the sale. I appreciate that. We liked the truck and went inside to talk financing options. Wasn't planning on buying today, but the folks at Richmond Ford were able to get us a great price and rate(better than pre-approval through a local credit union), and we signed the paperwork and drove our new baby home tonight! Really appreciated all the time they spent with us, and all the extra work at the end of they day they put in to inspect, detail and get the truck ready so we could drive it home tonight. Mike from Sales was great and we got some weather-tech floor mats. Probably contacting him to get spray bed liner soon. Daryl was great and explained the financing and warranty options clearly and didn't mind us asking a ton of questions. They also gave us a great trade-in price for the old truck. Chris jones I took my car in to get repaired at the collision center after a fender bender. The bumper was fixed correctly but the air conditioning was not. I brought this issue up to the dealership and got very defensive answers until I dealt with Chris Jones. He was extremely apologetic and very professional. He fought on my behalf to make sure that the customer was taking care of the way they should be. I now fully trust the dealership despite having other negative interactions because of Chris Jones. He worked tirelessly on my behalf and he had to revisit the issue several times before it was fixed to his liking. I deal with a lot of business people all day long from all different industries . Chris Jones is one of the most sincere professional individuals I've ever dealt with. He should teach a class to all of Ford dealerships in the area on how to deal with customers and how to retain customers . He clearly understands how put the customer first and knows if that's done the business will always Florish. I will recommend this dealership to everybody I know especially the ones who have a Ford or are in the market for a new car . It was not easy what Chris did he had to navigate through many different hurtles to make all parties satisfied over a dispute. Incredibly professional individual who sympathizes with the customer. Cody was amazing. He was incredibly helpful (not to mention super patient since we had our two youngest kids with us!). There was absolutely no pressure, which is important to me, since buying a car is a big enough decision on its own! He went above and beyond, even following up with a phone call today to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. Everyone there, from Dino who scheduled the test drive over the phone, to Cody who showed us the car, to Vinnie who helped find us a fantastic rate, was so accommodating and helpful. Awesome Experience!! Richmond Ford Lincoln was a wonderful experience right from the beginning. We live in Northern Virginia and read the wonderful reviews and wanted to Richmond Ford Lincoln was a wonderful experience right from the beginning. We live in Northern Virginia and read the wonderful reviews and wanted to get away from the craziness where we live. It started with me texting Kayla back and forth because I was interested in one of their used cars. I had been sick and we weren't able to get down until the weekend. Ryan was outside when we pulled up and greeted us right away and he wound up being our salesman. I mentioned that we talked to Justin on the phone and Justin assured us it was no problem Ryan would take good care of us and he did!! Ryan sure does hustle and leaves no stone unturned. Everyone that we met and dealt with Dino, Mark R., Sofiane and Daryl went out of their way without being pushy to make us feel good about our experience. I wound up leasing a 2017 fully equipped Edge Sport... and I AM IN LOVE!!! I have not felt this way about a vehicle in a long time.
